Request Customer Support & View your new Customer Support History. Welcome to our new Online Customer Support System. Use this option to open a New customer support case with Pelican Software OR view any New Support cases you have initiated. To view Support Cases on Pelicans previous support system, please read instructions below and click on Display Support History. Please click on the program below that you would like assistance with. Display Support History - *Requires Publisher ID and Password. Use this option only when trying to view your customer support cases prior to the launch of the new Online Customer Support System. Going forward all new Support requests should be made through the New Online Customer Support System. To view your New Support case history use the New Online Customer Support System.
