Welcome to our new Online Customer Support System. Use this option to open a New customer support case with Pelican Software OR view any New Support cases you have initiated. To view Support Cases on Pelicans previous support system, please read instructions below and click on Display Support History.

Use this option only when trying to view your customer support cases prior to the launch of the new Online Customer Support System.
