Dispatch Module

Our dispatch module integrates dispatching and inventory management, further streamlining your operation.

The dispatch option includes a separate inventory system for owner's well head inventory, general pumps, parts, rods, and more. With the dispatch module, equipment movements and pipe tallies can be automatically dropped into dispatch sheets, and then into invoices. This will then allow you to create a bill of lading after you specify the truck, driver and swamper. You can adjust the rates table for automatic pricing of the miles or hours being entered, saving you additional time when generating invoices.

With the dispatch module you can also:

  • track driver cry sheets,
  • schedule units for maintenance,
  • maintain detailed unit inspection checklists,
  • record which mechanic completed inspections on each work order;
  • keep an inventory of replacement parts; and
  • identify the allocation of replacement parts by unit, allowing you to determine unit operating and repair costs.
